HOUSE Rules
Before You Play
The GAME Rules
 
Cornhole
Gameplay
Players alternate throwing bags at the opposite board.
A bag through the hole = 3 points
A bag resting on the board = 1 point
Bags touching the ground = 0 points
Scoring
Use cancellation scoring.
Only the difference between teams' scores for the round counts.
Example:
Team A scores 7
Team B scores 4
Team A earns 3 points
Winning
First team to reach 21 points wins.
 
 
 
Chip n Golf
Gameplay
Players chip golf balls toward the target.
Balls must be chipped, not thrown.
Suggested Scoring
Outer target = 10 points
Middle target = 25 points
Centre target = 50 points
Hole-in-one/ultimate target = 100 points
Winning Options
Option 1: Highest score after a set number of rounds.
Option 2: First player to reach a predetermined score (e.g. 250 points).
 
 
 
Champagne Pong
Gameplay
Each player gets one throw per turn.
If a ball lands in a cup, that cup is removed.
Special Rules (Optional)
Bounce shot = 2 cups removed (opponent may swat it away).
Both teammates score on the same turn = additional bonus shot.
Winning
First team to eliminate all opposing cups wins.
 
 
Yardzee
Gameplay
Players roll up to 3 times per turn.
After each roll they may keep desired dice and re-roll the rest.
Score one category per turn.
RULES
With all the dice in the bucket, each player takes a turn to throw.
Winning
Highest total score after all categories are completed wins.
 
Giant Jenga
Gameplay
Players take turns removing one block from anywhere below the highest completed layer.
The removed block must be placed on top.
Rules
Only one hand may be used at a time.
Tapping blocks to test looseness is allowed.
If the tower falls during your turn, you lose.
Winning
The last player to successfully place a block before the tower collapses wins.
Bocce Ball
Setup
Divide into 1v1, 2v2, or teams.
Throw the small target ball (the Pallino) first.
Gameplay
First team throws the Pallino.
That team throws the first bocce ball.
Opposing team then throws until they place a ball closer to the Pallino.
Continue alternating until all balls are played.
Scoring
Only one team scores each round.
Count the number of balls closer to the Pallino than the opponent's nearest ball.
Each qualifying ball = 1 point
Winning
First team to reach 12 points (or 15, depending on preference) wins.
Optional Fun Rule
If a bocce ball touches the Pallino, award an extra bonus point.
 
Stack & Smash
Gameplay
Standing at least 3-5 meters from the blocks.
Players take turns throwing all 3 bags at the blocks.
Count the number of block knocked completely off the platform.
Reset the blocks after each player's turn.
Scoring
Each block knocked over = 1 point.
Maximum score per round = 10 points.
Winning
Highest score after an agreed number of rounds (typically 3 rounds), or
First player to reach 30 points wins.
 
Foosball
Setup
Divide into 2 players (1v1) or 4 players (2v2).
Place the ball in the centre of the table to start.
Gameplay
Use the rods to pass, defend, and shoot.
Players may not spin the rods a full 360°.
After each goal, the team that conceded restarts play.
Scoring
Each goal = 1 point.
Winning
The first player or team to score 10 goals wins.
KUBBS
Setup
Place 5 Kubbs along each team's baseline.
Place the King in the centre of the playing area.
Divide players into 2 teams.
Gameplay
Teams take turns throwing batons to knock over the opposing team's Kubbs.
Knocked-over Kubbs are thrown onto the opponent's side and become "field Kubbs."
Field Kubbs must be knocked down before attacking the baseline Kubbs again.
Scoring
There is no point scoring.
The goal is to eliminate all of the opposing team's Kubbs.
Winning
Once all opposing Kubbs have been knocked down, a team may attempt to knock over the King.
The first team to knock over the King after clearing all opponent Kubbs wins.
Important Rule
If you knock over the King before clearing all of the opponent's Kubbs, your team loses immediately.
