• Open to engaged couples getting married in 2026, with weddings taking place in Gauteng, South Africa.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older and follow all entry steps.

• One entry per couple. Multiple or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

2. Giveaway Period

• Giveaway opens on [1 September 2025] and closes on [30 September 2025] at Midnight (SAST).

• The winning couple will be announced on [5 October 2025] via Instagram.

3. How to Enter

To qualify, you must:

• Follow all participating vendors on Instagram (list provided in the post).

• Like the giveaway post on Instagram.

• Tag a friend in Instagram comments.

• Share this post to your stories and tag us on Instagram.

• Complete the entry form with a few personal questions to help us get to know your love story at the bottom of this page.

4. Winner Selection

• The winning couple will be hand-selected based on their responses to the giveaway questions. We’re looking for a story that resonates with us and aligns with our vision for this collaboration.

• All entry steps must be completed for your entry to be considered.

• The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM and must respond within 24 hours, or a new winner will be chosen.

6. Travel Costs

• Travel costs will apply for all traveling vendors (this includes Echoes of Eden Studios, Lovanna Make-up, Venus Beauty Studios, Saints, Capturing Content) regardless of the wedding location.

• These costs will be quoted and invoiced individually by each vendor based on the wedding venue address and vendor’s location.

7. Usage Rights

• By entering, you agree that all participating vendors may use your entry responses, wedding photos/videos, and behind-the-scenes content for marketing and promotional purposes.

• You may be asked to participate in interviews, testimonials, or additional content leading up to or after your wedding day.

8. Price Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. All prizes are subject to vendor availability on the winner’s chosen wedding date. If a vendor is unavailable, that portion of the prize will be forfeited and no replacement, alternative, or compensation will be provided.

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

• Instagram is released of all responsibility related to this giveaway.
